AGAPE Church has established the best strategies and plans for developing a church that is vibrant, inclusive, and deeply rooted in faith. The following are the existing strategies for our church’s development.

- Vision and Mission Charity: AEPC has a clear and compelling vision statement that articulates the core values, purpose, and goals of the church. This is essential for guiding all development efforts. Our mission statement reflects the beliefs and aspirations of the congregation, serving as a beacon of inspiration and direction for the entire community.
- Engage in Worship Services: The Church creates a dynamic and relevant worship experiences that resonate with the diverse needs and preferences of the congregation. We incorporate a blend of music, prayer, Scripture readings, and interactive elements that inspire spiritual reflection, participation, and connection with God and one another
- Strong Leadership and Discipleship: The church has an effective leadership that plays a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of growth, accountability, and unity within the church members. Our leaders exemplify servant leadership, mentorship, and a heart for discipleship, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared vision among the congregation.
- Community Engaging and Outreach: We develop intentional outreach programs and initiatives that extend the church's impact beyond its walls and into the local community. Partner with local organizations, participate in service projects, and host events that demonstrate God's love, compassion, and mercy to those in need.
- Small Groups and Fellowship Opportunities: We promote a sense of belonging, support, and spiritual growth through the formation of small groups or Bible studies where members can build relationships, share experiences, and deepen their understanding of faith. - Church Planting and Ministry Expension: In the efforts of spreading the gospel of God to a larger congregation, the church has an expansion plan in place. The headquarters are based at Kanombe, Kigali City, However, AEPC has established five (5) additional branches (AEPC Kabuga, AEPC Nyakariro, AEPC Nyakizu, AEPC Rukizi and AEPC Huye which is under construction).
- Prayer and Discernment: AEPC, commits to seeking God's wisdom, guidance, and presence in all aspects of church development. Cultivate a culture of prayer, discernment, and spiritual discernment that invites the Holy Spirit to lead and transform the hearts and minds of the congregation, aligning their efforts with God's purposes and plans.
